I built a small business and accidentally found myself a marketer! At that time, I HAD to learn how to attract business and while learning, uncovered my passion. That was over 10 years ago. I’ve never looked back and never stopped learning.

Marketing Approach

It's about finding the right message and delivering it at the right time to the right person. I've always loved puzzles, and humans—well, we are that if nothing else. I use my problem-solving skills in all aspects of marketing, from selecting the right tools for the job and defining the best processes to creating and telling the story, analyzing its effectiveness, and managing a team.

Marketing Skills

What I Love To Do (And Have Done)

Strategic Planning FTW

Clear, long-term goals are set and marketing efforts are aligned to achieve them through informed decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Built go-to-market and repositioning strategy across a five-product B2B portfolio (plus three new launches), driving 200%+ organic traffic growth

  • Created a project-level ROI framework used to decide what got budget, what got cut, and what scaled

  • Designed and launched an ABM program from zero — ICP definition, account prioritization, persona tracking, sales-aligned content sequencing

 Collaborative Project Management

Marketing projects are planned, organized, and managed to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Stood up an entire marketing operating system from scratch — HubSpot/Salesforce integration, lead scoring, attribution, lifecycle automation — with no inherited team or playbook

  • Led a field event end-to-end (strategy through on-site execution) that generated $800K in pipeline

  • Managed marketing budget to a 4x ROI, building the resource-allocation framework that decided in-house vs. agency vs. scale

Data & Analytics, A Wonderland

Insights are uncovered by examining and interpreting data that inform decision-making, optimize strategies, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

  • Grew website traffic 800% over 16 months through ongoing customer-journey review and page optimization

  • Increased form-submission lead volume 525.9% YoY by simplifying forms and reworking landing pages

  • Cut bounce rate from 73.38% to 14.81% (a 395.5% improvement) through content optimization

Exploring The Customer Journey

Mapping the complete experience a customer has, from initial awareness through consideration and purchase, to post-purchase engagement and loyalty.

  • Mapped and built the full-funnel journey for a buyer who doesn't behave like a typical digital lead — designing touchpoints for superintendents and district leaders who don't discover or convert through standard search/paid channels

  • Built a multi-touch nurture sequence (personalized email, direct mail, and follow-up) triggered automatically through HubSpot and Zapier, moving a lead from first touch to sales-ready without manual hand-offs

  • Aligned sales and marketing at the consideration stage — building objection-handling and positioning collateral specifically for the multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals where a single piece of content won't close a district-level decision

  • Closed the loop from click to closed deal by building the attribution and lead-scoring infrastructure that shows which journey touchpoints actually move a lead toward pipeline
