THE WHY
LenDRgroup Consulting entered the financial market as a small fish in a big pond. With no cohesive marketing or branded materials, this company struggled to break through the noise and had no idea how to use marketing to reach its potential customers and generate revenue.
THE HOW
We began our work with building a solid foundation of buyer personas, brand & voice guidelines, messaging and positioning and then finally a marketing strategy. We worked to build brand awareness and create content that was valuable. I worked directly with the CEO on positioning him as a thought leader so he could build relationships. I built a small but agile marketing team that was able to produce compelling content for our inbound strategies, email marketing and collateral for the sales team. We revised the logo and rebuilt the existing website.

THE RESULT
With the first true investment back into the company being marketing, the stakes were high. From 2021 to 2022, marketing ROI was 115%. The revenue we generated from marketing activities accounted for 18% of the company's total ARR. We managed to grow the contact database with organic marketing by 288% and website traffic by 11328.6% increase. Our social base grew and interactions increased by 5094.24%.
